Richard Hodgins, Sr. (1905-1984), commonly known as Dick Hodgins, Sr., was an American editorial cartoonist. Richard “Dick” Hodgins, Sr. was born in Valley Falls, Rhode Island on July 13, 1905 and attended the Rhode Island School of Design.
